2. Scope and eligibility
These terms apply to use of this website and purchases of physical clothing through it. You must be legally able to enter a binding contract, or use the store with the consent and supervision of a parent or legal guardian. By placing an order you agree to the terms presented at that time. Mandatory consumer rights take priority over any inconsistent term.
3. Accounts and security
An account is required to submit an order. Provide accurate contact and delivery information, protect your password and notify us if you suspect misuse. You are responsible for activity you authorise through your account. We may restrict access where reasonably necessary to address misuse, security threats or legal obligations, without removing rights relating to existing purchases.
4. Product descriptions
We sell the garments expressly included in each product description, in the size selected. Styling shoes and accessories are excluded unless listed. Images illustrate the collection and may be digitally created; screen settings can affect colour. This does not exclude our responsibility to supply goods that match the applicable description. Contact us before ordering if any detail is unclear.
5. Intellectual property
Website text, layout and collection images are owned by us or used with permission. You may browse and save information for your personal shopping use. Do not republish or commercially exploit site material without permission. Nothing transfers ownership of third-party intellectual property, and no affiliation with an outside fashion brand is claimed.
6. Prices, currency and taxes
Prices are stated in USD. Your selected item prices, shipping and taxes charged by us are shown before order submission. Destination import charges may apply as explained in the shipping policy. We may change future prices; a change does not retrospectively increase an accepted order. If a clear pricing error affects an unaccepted order, we will contact you before proceeding or cancelling it.
7. Orders and acceptance
Submitting checkout creates an order request. An on-site acknowledgement or automated message confirms receipt only. We accept an order when we confirm acceptance or dispatch the goods, after payment is confirmed and availability is checked. If we cannot fulfil the request, we will explain the issue and refund money received for the unfulfilled order.
8. Payment and irregularities
Payment must be confirmed before dispatch. An order marked Pending payment is not proof of a charge or successful payment. Use My orders to review status and contact us about suspected duplicate or incorrect payments. Do not share payment passwords or full card details with us. We may carry out proportionate checks where payment or fraud concerns arise.
9. Shipping and fulfilment
We deliver only to destinations supported at checkout, subject to address availability. Charges and estimated processing and transit periods are set out in the shipping policy. Estimates may be affected by customs or transport disruption. We remain responsible for addressing non-delivery or damage as required by the contract and applicable law.
10. Cancellation and changes
Contact us promptly to request cancellation, an address correction or a size change. Eligible pending orders can be cancelled from the account area. If dispatch has already occurred, a return may be necessary. Our cancellation policy explains the process. Any mandatory cancellation or withdrawal rights are preserved.
11. Returns, refunds and remedies
Our returns policy allows change-of-mind return requests within 30 days of delivery, subject to the stated condition requirements and instructions. Defective, incorrect or non-conforming goods are handled under the appropriate legal and contractual remedies. Refunds are normally made to the original payment method. No charge means no payment refund is due.
12. Acceptable conduct
Do not submit unlawful material, false orders or malicious code; misuse accounts or personal data; attempt unauthorised access; disrupt checkout; or infringe others’ rights. Automated access must not impair the service or evade access controls. We may take proportionate measures against misuse while preserving legitimate access to order support.
13. Privacy, cookies and communications
Our privacy policy explains what account, checkout and support data we collect and how we use it. Essential cookies support login, cart and order security. Order and support messages are service communications. We do not treat an order or an acceptance of these terms as consent to unrelated marketing.
14. Availability, accuracy and warranties
We aim to keep the website accurate and available but maintenance and errors can occur. We may correct mistakes and will contact affected customers where an order is materially impacted. We do not exclude warranties or obligations that cannot lawfully be excluded, including applicable requirements about description, quality and fitness for purpose.
15. Liability and events beyond control
Each party remains responsible for losses to the extent required by applicable law. Nothing excludes liability that cannot lawfully be excluded, including liability for fraud or any other mandatory category. If events beyond our reasonable control disrupt performance, we will take reasonable steps to reduce the impact and communicate the available options; mandatory cancellation and refund rights continue to apply.
16. Applicable law and resolving disputes
These terms are governed by the laws of Hong Kong to the extent permitted by applicable law. This choice does not deprive consumers of mandatory protections or dispute-resolution rights available where they live. Please contact us first so we can try to resolve a concern. No term prevents you from using an applicable regulator, dispute process or competent court.
17. Updates, severability and contact
We may update these terms for future use of the website; the effective date appears above. The version applying when you place an order governs that order unless a lawful change is agreed.
